Refund Policy

1. Overview

Every purchase on nambihawkeye.com is delivered digitally. Because most items unlock instantly, refund eligibility depends on what you bought. This policy explains the rules for each product type.

2. Digital guides & bundles

Guides (Instagram Playbook, Facebook Marketing Guide, TikTok Shop Affiliate Guide, Mastering Threads, Faceless TikTok Marketing, Find Your Niche, Digital Build Playbook) and the Social Media Bundle are downloadable digital products. Once a file has been downloaded or its full contents accessed inside the portal, the sale is final and non-refundable.

If you paid but were unable to access or download the product due to a technical issue on our end, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We'll restore access or issue a full refund.

3. Prompt library

The prompt library is included with your free account. There is nothing to refund. If a specific prompt is broken or missing, let us know and we'll fix it.

4. Get Unstuck sessions

A Get Unstuck session is a paid 1:1 consult. You pay when you submit your request, we review it, and then we decide whether we can help.
  • Full refund if we decline your request or can't schedule you within our published response window.
  • Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your confirmed session start time.
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations inside the 24-hour window. We'll try to reschedule once as a courtesy when possible.
  • Partial refund at our discretion if the session is cut short due to a problem on our end.

5. Client project work (Work With Me)

Custom project engagements are governed by the Statement of Work you sign. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun; any refund of unearned fees is spelled out in the SOW.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and a short note describing the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased products and future purchases being blocked.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK statutory rights for digital content). Where those rights apply, they override any conflicting term above.
