Four questions that force niche clarity.

A preview of the niche framework — answer these four before you rebrand again.

If everything you post feels generic, the niche is not narrow enough. This preview is the shortest path to a niche you can actually market.

Who exactly?

  • Not 'women' — name the segment.
  • Age, life stage, role, or income.
  • The narrower, the easier to talk to.

Write it in one sentence.

What outcome?

  • Not 'be better' — measurable win.
  • In how much time, using what.
  • Outcome sells; topic doesn't.

Name the transformation.

Where's the pain?

  • The specific frustration they'd pay to end.
  • Their words, not yours.
  • Speak to it in every post.

Interview 3 people this week.

What's the proof?

  • Result, credential, or receipt.
  • One is enough to start.
  • Show it, don't claim it.

Post your proof this week.
