Source · Inspiration directories
Use award-site inspiration without copying someone else's work.
Awwwards, FWA, One Page Love, Landing Love, and similar directories are research tools. They help you see patterns that high-end sites use.
Do not treat every site there like a template. Most are live client, campaign, product, or agency projects.
Save the pattern: opening visual, scroll rhythm, CTA placement, typography, product storytelling, and mobile considerations. Then write your own brief.
What to know
- •What this source category is useful for.
- •When to use it: templates, inspiration, AI prototype, no-code 3D, or live-site reference.
- •What to study: hero structure, scroll pacing, visual motif, section flow, CTA, mobile behavior, and proof.
- •What to write before building: audience, offer, promise, required sections, proof, objections, CTA, and launch goal.
- •What not to copy: logos, brand assets, client work, private/proprietary layouts, exact copy, exact visual identity, or anything rights-restricted.
Quick-start workflow
- Pick the closest source category.
- Save 3 references, not 30. Too many references make the brief messy.
- Write one sentence: “This site needs to help [audience] believe [promise] and take [CTA].”
- List the sections in order: hero, proof, offer, process, examples, FAQ, CTA.
- Use Lovable or your chosen builder to generate a first version from the brief.
- QA the result before calling it done: mobile, responsiveness, copy clarity, forms, page speed, SEO, legal pages, and conversion path.
