Get Unstuck

One focused fix. One session. Move forward.

For a stuck page, a broken form, an automation that never finishes, a domain or email that won't cooperate, a payment flow that drops off, or a tech setup you cannot get past. Bring one issue. Leave with it fixed or mapped.

01Describe the issue

03Book a time

What it is

  • One 60-minute working session — async follow-up included.
  • One narrow issue: a form, a domain, an automation, a payment flow, a tech setup.
  • You leave with the fix in place or a clear path to ship it.

What it isn't

  • A full website, brand, or content build — that's Start a Project.
  • Ongoing dev retainer or open-ended support.
  • Free troubleshooting or audit-only calls.

Step 01 — Describe

Tell me what's stuck.

Short and specific is better than long and vague. You'll pay right after submitting so I can hold your slot, then I review every request personally — if I can't help or it isn't the right fit, you get a full refund the same day.

Step 02 — Pay

Lock in the session.

Flat rate, one focused session, async follow-up included. Payment holds your slot while I review your request. If I can't approve it — or we don't make real progress in the session — I refund you the same day, no back-and-forth.

Get Unstuck Session

60-minute session · async follow-up

$250

  • Live working session — I drive, you watch and decide.
  • Fix in place, or a clear path with the exact next steps.
  • 48 hours of async follow-up after the call.

Step 03 — Book

Pick a time.

Request any slot in the next two weeks. I confirm by email once I've reviewed your request and send the calendar invite manually with the session link and a short prep note.

Booking opens after payment.

FAQ

What if it can't be fixed in one session?
You leave with a written next-step plan and any partial fix I shipped during the call. If we didn't make real progress, I refund the session — same day.
Async vs live?
Live by default — most issues move faster when I share my screen and we make decisions in real time. Async is fine if your issue is well-documented and time zones don't line up.
What if I need more than one fix?
Use Start a Project instead — that flow scopes a real engagement instead of a one-off.
Refund policy?
Full refund if I can't approve your request after review, if the issue isn't a fit for this format, or if we don't make real progress in the session. Refunded the same day, no haggling.
